Browning-Thomas House

Caesar Thomas (1868–1930) lived in the dwelling from its construction in 1896 until 1923. Thomas served as the first mayor of Watertown from 1905–1909. He also the County Clerk for Wilson County and served on the staff of Gov. Albert H. Roberts.
