FIRST HOUSE BUILT WAS BURNED IN CIVIL WAR, BRADY WAS A UNION OFFICER AND CONFEDERATE SYMPATHIZERS BURNED HIS HOUSE. BRADY WAS A FARMER AMD BUILT EXISTING HOUSE AFTER THE WAR. SHIRLEY BRADY LIVES IN SPENCER. LAST PERSON TO LIVE IN THE HOUSE.
