IRA HBLY BOUGHT THE HOUSE IN DECEMBER OF 1986. THEY BOUGHT IT FROM MR. OVERSTREET WHO BOUGHT IT FROM MR. OLLIE AGEE WHO WAS A MAILCARRIER. HE PROBABLY BUILT THE HOUSE. THE HOUSE WAS BUILT BEFORE 1922.
