THIS IS BELIEVED TO BE ONE OF THE EARLIEST BRICK BUILDING REMAINING IN MCMINN CO. & SOMETIMES CONSIDERED THE FIRST TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY BUILDER SAMUEL CLEGG WHO SETTLED HERE IN THE EARLY 1820S. IT HAS THE CHARACTERISTIC STEPPED ON DUTCH GABLES & HEAVY PL
