THE PRESENT OWNER BOUGHT THE HOUSE IN 1979 FROM ALBERT BONHOLZER. ALBERT'S FAMILY BUIL THE HOUSE. THE HOUSE HAS BEEN EXTENSIVELY RE- MODELED. ARCHITECTURAL NOTES: THE IRON POST ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE HAS "J.H. VANDOR- CLEVELAND" INSCRIBED.
