Within Somerville Historic District, NRHP listed 1982; non-contributing. Originally three-story, brick, Eagle Hotel, 1854. Then Southern Hotel and Brown Hotel. 1950s third story removed, remodeled into Cooksey's Department Store. Now Chamber of Commerce.
