THE HOUSE WAS BOUGHT BY ARTHUR JUDKINS IN 1930'S AND WAS USED AS A TENANT HOUSE UNTIL THE LATE 60'S. THE HOUSE IS USED FOR STORAGE SINCE THEN. THE HOUSE GOT ELECTRICITY IN THE 40'S AND HAS NO PLUMBING.
