A. MOSIER WAS A FARMER AND CARPENTER. HIS STEPSON, BEN (FARMER) JONES WAS ALSO A CARPENTER AND LIVED HERE. BARBER BLACKBURN RENTED THE HOUSE UNTIL HE DIED. THEN IT WAS BOUGHT BY BENTON SANDERS IN 1963 FROM MRS. MOSIER.
