MR. COOPER OWNED A FARM AND WAS ONE OF THE FIRST PEOPLE TO SETTLE IN MAYLAND. MR. ROBERT COOPER(SON) HAD A DOCTORS OFFICE IN THE HOUSE. MR. COOPER DIED IN 1913. HE ALSO OWNED A CAMP AND OTHER HOUSES.
