THE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN THE LATE 1800'S. BUD CHERRY AND HIS FAMILY WERE THE FIRST TO LIVE THERE. THEY RAISED EIGHT KIDS THERE. W.O. SPIVEY LIVED THERE NEXT, AND THEY ALSO RAISED EIGHT KIDS. BUD CHERRY MARRIED A CHERRY.
